Using Zdraft
These terms cover the Zdraft Mac app, website, and related account and writing services, including Free and Plus. By using Zdraft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Zdraft helps you manage drafts, polish and translate text, and use inline completion in supported apps. Drafts stay on your Mac; AI writing features require an account and a connection to our cloud service. See Price for plan allowances and Privacy for how data is handled.
Your account and acceptable use
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in codes private. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for the content you submit and how you use the results.
- Only submit content you have the right to use, and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
- Do not use Zdraft for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or distributing harmful or illegal content.
- Do not bypass account, usage, or payment controls, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
Your Plus subscription
Plus costs $5.00 USD per month and increases your daily writing and completion allowances. Your first payment is due at checkout. Waffo hosts checkout and shows the final amount, including any applicable taxes, before you subscribe.
Use the same email on the website and in the Mac app. A subscription belongs to the account shown before checkout. Plus access begins after the server confirms your payment and subscription.
Daily allowances
Account shows your current writing and completion allowances. These reset every day at 00:00 UTC, independently of the subscription renewal date. Upgrading does not reset usage already recorded today. Service capacity and request limits still apply.
Renewal and cancellation
Plus renews monthly until cancelled. Use Cancel renewal in Account to stop future subscription charges. Once cancellation is confirmed, Plus access continues until the access end date shown in Account. Check the date and cancellation status there; the linked Waffo portal provides additional billing management.
Payments and refunds
Cancellation does not itself request a refund. If a payment is incorrect, access has not appeared, or you want to request a refund, email boundless.forest@outlook.com. Include your account email and payment reference if available. Do not send a full card number, security code, sign-in code, or checkout link.
Refund requests are reviewed individually under the applicable purchase terms and legal requirements. This page does not promise an automatic refund or a fixed refund window.

AI suggestions can contain mistakes or miss important context. Review them before use. Zdraft is a writing tool and does not provide professional advice; consult a qualified professional for legal, medical, or financial decisions.
Subject to rights protected by applicable law, Zdraft is supplied as is and when available, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation, accurate results, or suitability for a particular purpose. Cloud features also depend on network access and third-party providers.
Where the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities, arising from use of the service. This does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Term & Termination
These terms apply for as long as you use Zdraft. You can stop using the service at any time, cancel a subscription in Account, and delete your account there or contact us for help.
We may restrict cloud access, suspend, or terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, including unlawful use, fraud, or attempts to bypass usage or payment controls, or when required by law. When practical, we will explain the reason and give you a chance to resolve the issue. We may act immediately to address a security risk, illegal activity, or a legal requirement.
A restriction can prevent sign-in and cloud AI use; it does not remove drafts already stored on your Mac. If we terminate a paid subscription, we will stop further renewals and handle any refund owed under the purchase terms and applicable law. Cancellation or account deletion does not automatically request a refund.
If you believe an account action was a mistake, email boundless.forest@outlook.com from your account email so we can review it.

Billing does not sync your drafts or writing history. See Privacy for account and payment data handling.
